President

A Master Electrician, Don has worked in construction and construction management since 1994. As president of Core Electrical Group, Don oversees the estimating, project management and design of all Core projects. His experience includes a strong emphasis on mission critical facilities, fast-track and complex projects, owner-occupied facilities and hospitals.

Other specialties include electrical systems such as emergency, life safety, UPS, PDU, generators, generator paralleling gear, inverter systems, fire alarm, nurse call and installations within hazardous environments.  He also has experience working on large, multi-year projects. Don is a graduate of the 2010 North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab, an award-winning business leadership development program.

Director of Operations

Art has more than 25 years of experience in the electrical, security, voice /data, and audiovisual experience.  He is  a journeyman electrician and a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) as well as Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI). In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all operations as well as financial performance.  Art is a graduate of the 2010 North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab.

Service Manager

As general superintendent of Core Electric, Mark oversees all work crews, safety issues and procedures, project preparation and material ordering. Mark is also responsible for electrical design systems for projects, coordinating with CPS Energy and local governing bodies to ensure code compliance.

Human Resources Coordinator

Kelly has worked in the construction industry in various roles since 2010, from working as an executive assistant to marketing and accounting.  Her role at Core includes assisting our office operations and supporting continued growth.

Project Manager

Bart brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held every position from apprentice to service manager to project manager. His role as project manager will be a vital part of our day to day operations and strategic planning initiatives.

Project Manager

Jonathan started his electrical apprenticeship with Core in 2016. He has since completed his apprenticeship and is now a licensed journeyman.  Jonathan flourished in his career as a foreman and was promoted to the Estimator position. In this role, he will be responsible for pricing/estimating, value engineering, and procuring commercial electrical work in the New Braunfels, San Antonio, and surrounding areas.

Technologies Account Manager

Edumnd oversees our low voltage depeartment. In his role he is responsible for estimating, project management and scheduling. Edumund has 10 years experience in the construction industry and continues to learn while leading.

Estimator

Alex supports our estimating and project management team.  He will begin his 4^th and final year in the IEC apprenticeship program and will soon test to obtain his journeyman license.

Operations Assistant

Shelby supports our Operations and Project Management departments.  In her role, she also manages fleet,  shop material, and coordinates IT needs throughout the company.
