Learn About Our Approach

Safety is not a checklist at Core. It is a shared responsibility carried by our leadership, field teams, project managers, and partners. We plan ahead, communicate clearly, and hold one another accountable so every person can go home safely at the end of the day.

TRAINING

Ongoing OSHA, CPR, first aid, equipment, and job-specific safety training, supported through our partnership with ESC Safety Consultants, helps ensure our teams stay prepared, informed, and safety-focused in the field.

PLANNING

Pre-task planning, JSA reviews, toolbox talks, and daily hazard recognition help our teams identify risks, communicate clearly, and work safely before tasks begin.

PPE STANDARDS

Type II hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and jobsite-specific protective equipment are required to help protect our crews across all working environments.

FIELD ACCOUNTABILITY

Our General Superintendent, Foremen, and Project Management team continuously reinforce safe work practices through daily leadership, communication, and accountability on every jobsite.

JOBSITE COMMUNICATION

Clear communication, field coordination, and a “See something. Say something.” mindset help reinforce accountability and proactive safety awareness across every jobsite.

PARTNER COORDINATION
