Job Title: Project Manager
Location: New Braunfels, Texas and San Antonio Metroplex

Position Overview:

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of electrical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

A Project Manager Shall:

  • Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring all phases from design through to installation are completed efficiently and safely

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
  • Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols
  • Conduct risk assessments and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, milestones, and any potential delays
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development
  • Coordinate and work closely with the Pre-Construction/Pre-Fabrication department on all projects

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation processes
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and codes
  • Office and field-based work environment
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs
  • Must be able to visit construction sites and comply with all safety requirements
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with small and large-scale electrical projects.
    • Knowledge of the electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70, NFPA 70E)
